Terms & Conditions

Your website. Your choice. LocalWebly designs and launches your website with its first year of technical coverage included. After that, you can hire us for care, enroll in Growth, or take your website and domain to your own provider.

1. Who we are and your agreement

LocalWebly is a trade name of HK Consulting group LLC ("LocalWebly," "we," or "us"). These terms apply to website previews, design and launch, hosting administration, Basic Website Care, and Website Growth & AI Search Visibility. A customer-approved written proposal, invoice, or checkout terms may provide project-specific details. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement governs to the extent lawful.

2. Option 1 — Website Design & Launch

Regular one-time Website Design & Launch price: $499. No subscription is required to buy a website.

Standard launch scope includes a professionally designed, responsive website for desktop and mobile, agreed business information and links, initial DNS setup, first-year hosting and SSL oversight, and first-year registration of one eligible standard domain. Premium or unusually priced domain names require a separate quote. Design revisions, page count, deliverables, and any additional features are specified in the approved project scope. Premium domains, paid booking software, additional integrations, and other third-party services cost extra with prior approval.

First-year coverage means 12 months starting on the website's documented launch date, unless a written proposal specifies a different start. The free preview is a concept only; we begin commissioned work after written approval and agreed payment.

3. Why domain, DNS, and hosting need ongoing care

A domain is your website address (for example, yourbusiness.com), which must be renewed periodically. Hosting keeps your website available online. DNS connects your address to the correct website. First-year arrangements are included in the launch package within the stated allowances; afterward, someone must maintain and pay for those services to keep the site and domain working. Cloudflare hosting may have no separate platform fee on certain plans, but registration, renewal, support and management still have costs and obligations.

4. Option 2 — Basic Website Care (optional, starting Year 2)

$10/month (billed monthly, $120 over twelve months) or $100/year (billed annually; save $20 over monthly billing). Basic Care is offered when first-year included coverage is ending; it does not automatically begin upon website purchase. Do not enroll early unless you intend billing to begin immediately.

Includes renewal of one eligible standard domain, DNS administration, hosting and SSL oversight, routine website checks, business-hours email support, and up to one minor update to existing website content per month upon request using approved or customer-supplied materials. Examples: hours, contact details, text, an existing image or a small promotion. Unused requests do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, software features, lengthy writing, paid third-party services and emergency remediation are outside this allowance.

5. Option 3 — Website Growth & AI Search Visibility

$20/month (billed monthly, $240 over twelve months) or $200/year (billed annually; save $40 over monthly billing). Growth begins on paid enrollment, normally at or after launch, not automatically with the website purchase.

Growth includes all Basic Care services at no separate Basic subscription fee, plus up to two short original search-friendly blog posts or content updates per month, focused on relevant business services, local topics and customer questions. Customer review and approval are required before publication. Work relies on accurate customer-provided facts and permitted materials. Publishing frequency does not guarantee rankings, AI search mentions, site traffic, sales or leads. No paid advertising or advanced SEO campaign is included unless expressly quoted.

Do not purchase Basic Care and Growth simultaneously for the same site. If you already have Basic Care, contact us to arrange a plan change and avoid overlapping billing.

6. What happens after Year 1? Ownership, transfer and expiration

At least 30 days before the first-year service expiration where practicable, we will notify the customer's designated contact of upcoming renewal, the available optional plans, and the independent management option. We recommend confirming a decision 30–60 days before the domain renewal date. Customers may choose Basic Care, Growth, or independently manage their site and domain.

If you decline both ongoing plans, we will not be obligated to pay future domain fees or continue managed hosting after the included coverage ends. We will give a reasonable opportunity to obtain transferable website files and transfer or manage the domain before service ends, subject to payment status, third-party licenses and registrar rules. Basic handover information and customer-owned eligible files are provided without an additional handover fee; substantial migration, custom reconfiguration or provider-specific work may be separately quoted in advance.

The domain will be registered for the customer's benefit with the customer as registrant where feasible. Domain registration, copyright ownership and use rights follow the actual registration record, written project agreement and applicable licenses. Full payment is required before delivery or transfer of paid project files unless otherwise agreed. We do not claim ownership of a customer's domain simply because LocalWebly manages it. Registrar transfer locks or renewal deadlines may restrict transfer timing.

Without renewal, replacement hosting or a completed transfer, the website may become unavailable, and an expired domain may eventually be lost. We cannot guarantee continuous service when a customer chooses to self-manage or fails to renew. If no response is received, we may discontinue LocalWebly-managed services at the end of the paid period, after appropriate notices and subject to applicable law.

7. Billing, recurring payments and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe under its own payment terms. One-time launch fees and recurring care or growth charges are separate. Subscriptions bill immediately upon completed checkout unless an expressly communicated delayed start, trial or schedule applies, and recur monthly or annually until canceled. Displayed annual savings compare twelve undiscounted monthly payments.

You may request cancellation by emailing [email protected], or through an enabled billing portal. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge; any legally required cancellation methods, notices and refunds will be honored. Canceling a recurring plan does not independently transfer or renew a domain, and service continues only to the extent paid for and agreed. Charges already earned, domain purchases and third-party charges may be nonrefundable to the extent the law permits and only as clearly disclosed in your written scope.

8. Customer materials and approvals

Provide accurate business, services, pricing and contact details, and supply materials you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing content and obtaining required permissions, including for logos, photos, claims, testimonials and reviews. We do not fabricate reviews. You will have an opportunity to approve your agreed website deliverables and Growth content before publication. Timelines may change when required materials or approvals are delayed.

9. Third-party tools, availability and limits

External registrars, hosting providers, email providers, booking systems, analytics, fonts, images, SMS verification and payment services may have their own fees, availability and policies. We cannot promise uninterrupted uptime, specific search placement, conversion rates, or results from AI search services. Liability and remedies will be governed by your project agreement and nonwaivable applicable law.

10. Questions and updates

Contact [email protected] about service scope, domain ownership, transfers, billing, or cancellation. We may update these terms prospectively with notice where legally required; existing paid commitments remain subject to the terms agreed when purchased and applicable law.
